OTRx-SDM, LLC provides privacy-first communication tools for individuals and organizations that demand absolute confidentiality. The app enables secure text, voice, and media communication protected by end-to-end encryption. Our mission is to give users complete control of their data with no intermediaries or surveillance.

To use OTRx, you must be at least 13 years of age (or older, where local law requires). Users under 18 should have guardian consent. You may register using a verified phone number or an anonymous device identifier. During registration, OTRx may send you a verification code via SMS or other secure method. Software updates may install automatically to improve features and maintain security. Users are responsible for data charges incurred.

Privacy is the foundation of OTRx-SDM, LLC. Every aspect of OTRx is designed so that we cannot access, decrypt, or store your communications. All chats and calls are protected using modern end-to-end encryption protocols and remain accessible only to the sender and intended recipients. Message content never leaves your devices, and there are no backups on our servers or in the cloud.

OTRx does not sell, rent, or monetize any personal data. All AI-based safety features, such as face verification, bystander detection, and external device scanning, operate entirely on-device and never transmit sensitive information externally.

OTRx minimizes data collection to only what is essential to deliver secure functionality. We may process limited, anonymized data such as temporary device identifiers, push tokens, and encrypted authentication keys to deliver messages or calls. Optional contact discovery uses cryptographic hashing to identify other OTRx users without exposing your address book.

No message content, contact data, or behavioral analytics are ever collected or shared. If you contact OTRx support, any data you provide is used exclusively for troubleshooting and communication regarding your inquiry and is securely deleted thereafter.

OTRx employs state-of-the-art security architecture based on the Double Ratchet and X3DH protocols. All communications are encrypted end-to-end, and message storage is local-only. Users can select a custom Time-to-Live (TTL) duration for messages typically 5 to 20 seconds after which the message permanently erases from all devices. Messages are unrecoverable by design.

OTRx's 'Dual-360 Guard' framework protects privacy on two levels: digital encryption and real-world sensor monitoring. The app's multi-sensitivity modes (Sensitive, Highly Sensitive, and Ultra Sensitive) adjust security measures dynamically automatically blocking screenshots, disabling message forwarding, and activating on-device detection for nearby cameras or devices.
